EDUCATION APPROACH

More than a teacher, we are facilitators and guides who create a child-centered learning environment. We observe and respect each child’s individuality, fostering independence and critical thinking. The teacher supports social development and encourages hands- on exploration. Their role is to cultivate a love for learning, promote self-discovery, and help children develop essential life skills. Lifelong learning is a core value for us as leaders, where we continually strive to enhance children’s ability to nurture their growth and development effectively. We will continuously learn and grow as professionals by attending professional developments, meetings held by the director and trainings.
